Hi everyone
Rose and I just finished a great weekend in Grand Rapids. We were hosted by a wonderful couple, John and Sal. Every time we have stayed at a host family we have had a great time.
I would like to specially thank Ross at ALTL INC for generously providing the Volvo truck and his staff for getting it ready. It has been a pleasure to drive and it will be hard for me to give it up at the end of the tour. Thanks again.
The beaches on lake Michigan are fabulous with white sandy beaches and waves that make you think you on the ocean but without the smell. We saw the musical fountain in Grand Haven. It was like fireworks but with jets of water and colored light set to music.
Grace and John we look forward to seeing you in London. Tomorrow we will be taking a ferry to get us to Canada.

Good to hear from you. We are home again after a trip to Smithers. We also stopped at Ft St James and camped at Stewart Lake which also reminds you of the ocean, as it is a very large lake. We had a good time camping with lots of fishing and sightseeing. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Enjoy the rest of the trip and take lots of pictures.
